Key Responsibilities:
Conduct academic audits and diagnostic reviews of school systems, policies, and pedagogical practices.
Design and implement strategic school improvement plans aligned with international standards and accreditation requirements.
Mentor and coach school leaders, academic coordinators, and teachers to raise teaching quality and student performance.
Facilitate professional development programs on leadership, pedagogy, assessment, and school transformation.
Lead or advise on curriculum design, evaluation, and benchmarking across CAIE, IB, American, and Indian boards.
Identify patterns, systemic gaps, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and on-ground observation.
Support schools in achieving international recognition, accreditation, and ranking goals.
Collaborate with global partners, education boards, and training agencies to bring cutting-edge practices to the group’s schools.
Represent the organization at international education conferences, symposia, and collaborative forums.

Experience & Qualifications
